No, I don't actually, I think sponsoring (with the items that you can sponsor now) is a good replacement.
And it gives at least me a reason to care for points when you can't get massive amounts just by killing a noob that has just gotten them from a pro.
Bountying could comeback as an limit to how much you could bounty, let's say 100 points :3

I think that was one of them but i think it was removed because of sponsoring And they wanted something new But i think we should have them both FTW

I loved bounties.
It felt good when someone put a bounty on you because it meant that you were a valuable kill, so people are less likely to run away because they can gamble a death for a significant number of points.

Hell Yeah! I loved starting off a big bounty count. Bounty 100 points on someone, then all the specs start bountying more and more and more. Im sure i saw a 12000 pointer before
