Well, if your application was deny'd then it doesnt help your case any more to get upset... And a great deal less to post a thread bashing the morals of the sr staff... They do everything they can to ensure that only the very best, and most worthy people are able to obtain this position... This is why this is a coveted position. This means to be one of the best of the best, you need maturity, and a level head, and the abiltiy to be un-baised in situations of emotional enflarement. I suggest you check why they deny'd your application, perhaps learn from it, and re-apply in the future if it is a correctable mistake.

A lot of competition for mod? More often I see people saying that their is a great shortage of mods

In regards to that comment yes we are a little under-staffed at this moment in time but we still need to hire the best people possible for mods as if we didn't choose the best then we may have corrupt or inadequate mods for the job.
