How do you win?

What's your strategy to win if you don't get a sword in your first chest? Mine is to disconnect and find a new server.

If you have to rely on a sword to even have a chance at winning, you're doing it wrong...

Seems to be working just fine actually. With 9 wins I don't think its too bad.

The corn isn't the only place with swords. I've seen even better swords outside of the corn.

If you have a set route of chests you got to on a map the chances of getting a sword go up alot higher. My suggestion is to make a route only known to you. Even if you dont get a sword you can get ingots and make a sword.

I find that on the second map there is an extreme need to go to the corn often to get those two diamonds for a diamond sword or you automatically lose. On the first map, many times I just ignore the corn because it's much too risky and I can get better stuff throughout my play-through of the map. I completely agree in terms of the second map though. If you don't get the corn, you don't get the win.

No. On the second map I have gotten the corn right from the beginning and later teamed up with someone but we got killed later by two guys with full iron armor and iron swords. That means you do not need the corn to win at all.

No, that means the 2 guys in full iron armor got the corn, and they needed the corn to win. You need the corn to win the second map.

False. Iron armor only spawns in the corn chests, and there is no way you can get 48 iron bars (2 full sets of Iron armor) from the outside chests in such a short amount of time.

Unless you're mistaking them for having false iron-armor looking Skins, they looted the iron armor from the chests when you weren't looking. Otherwise that is virtually impossible.
