Oh my god, how do you respond after Chad himself?
This "noob" makes an excellent point, we as a collective staff team can delete spam, ask people not to swear, stop advertising, etc. But we cannot change the nature and mindset of a community, that is solely down to you guys, you have the power to grow or destroy this community. It can be argued to high hell that this community is not as good as it used to be, but you must ask yourselves why, what did the forum community used to have that it no longer does, and what can we do to regain that? Each individual member of the forum has far more power than the staff as to sustaining the community. So let's work together to fix what quarrels you have with it, rather than wasting time leaving to other communities and not achieving anything here and now.

But please share this around. People just do not understand the meaning of a perfect community. Hence why they complain daily about the loss of members and staff members. That doesn't matter. It's the people that remain in the community that do matter. Worry about the peers that remain. Not the ones that left.

Lately, I have been hearing about the 'death of the MSG staff' or 'the MSG community is doomed! D:'

And I don't see the point in that. No matter how you think of it, every single user on this website is more than the basic moderator. Everyone is apart of the staff. And because of that, the staff on this website will NEVER die. Yeah, they have a fancy 'Moderator' title. But you have the best title...'member'. That's all it takes.

Do not count on the users that can delete your posts or threads. Count on the users around you to make the actual difference. I'm a noob to this website, and still need to learn. But many users have been on this website for months. Even more. During that period, you helped other users, gave ideas, etc. There is no denying that fact.

So in short, there is no moderator or administrator. It's the members and users that populate this community.

Technically it should be MSG, considering Minecraft is one word, for the commonly used name it would have to be Mine Craft Survival Games. We are all the dumbasses therefor
