I've seen heaps of the same thread lately. Whether its 'EHMAHGERD REMOOV DONAR PRIVLIGES' or 'EHMAHGERD REMOOV BREEZ ILAND' alot of threads are constantly getting spammed. I have put together some responses to all the 'spammed threads'.
1. I can't get into a server without being kicked, mcsg sux!!!
Donors pay for MCSG. If it weren't for them, you wouldn't be able to play on these servers. Stop complaining about it. To avoid getting kicked, here are some tips i found:
Play on US16 to US40, EU16 to EU40, all CA (never really many donors trying to get in there, from what ive heard) And AU6 to AU12.
Go onto minecraftsurvivalgames.com/servers and find the region you like the best (less laggiest should work better) And then look for one in Deathmatch. Put that into your server list, and then keep refreshing till it says Cleanup. Then spam join
2. Remove (random overplayed/laggy map)!!!! it sux!!Everyone knows that SG4, and Breeze Island are overplayed (i can also see solar frost and moonlight lake getting played alot). Why make a removal thread? These maps will almost NEVER get removed. Breeze Island was the first MCSG community map, and it is a very important symbol that represents MCSG. SG4 was made by TeamVareide, and they were the ones who thought up the originial Survival Games map and made everything. I'm guessing their sequel/second sequel/third sequel/fourth sequel can stay too? If a map is overplayed, here are some things you can do.
When you join a lobby, if survival games 4 or Breeze Island are one of the map votes, leave. simple as that. The new system in MCSGv2 that was supposed to 'stop overplayed maps' only stops 2 overplayed maps at a time. What happens if there is 3 overplayed maps? the only thing you can really do is hope none of them are in voting
3. I can't craft, MCSG has turned so glitchy, it sux!!! This is a glitch with 1.5 going onto servers that are not full 1.5 servers (I THINK). The developmental bukkit build for 1.5 has come out, so hopefully this glitch will be gone soon. For now, avoid crafting, as for some reason it kills you. I dunno why, maybe NoCheat thinks you're hacking the crafting tables
