MCSG falling apart.

Hello everyone I'm fatmannumbah8 and as you can tell by the title that this community is just falling apart pretty fast. I'm going to pin point some of the problems and do my best to get a decent solution.
Problem #1.) Lag.
Solution.) Well i think everyone knows about the lag issues and I'm sure the staff are trying to locate and solve the problem but i think it is MCSGv2. Yes i know in MCSGv1 there was a little lag but not as much as this, it is actually disguisting the amount of lag this server has! I think the develepor's should switch back to MCSGv1, and find all the Bugs and Problems about MCSGv2 then re install it.
Problem #2) Competion.
Solution.) We all know who the competion is "The Hive." I think MCSG should add a mini game server like the hives but bigger and better. Some of the minigames should be, Paintball, Search & Destroy, Walls, MCTIMV, Capture the flag. This will attract many more users that could translate for more donors and more donors means more money for MCSG.
Problem #3) This war in between Benja & us as a community.
Solution.) Chad, Admins, and Sr.Mods, Should have a civilized convorsation with him and make middle ground. Wich can include an apology to Bajan (Only to make him feel good and he'll have a civil conversation with him), try to tell bajan why the mod is not aloud and make him on our side again. But in his videos he'll won't hack, cheat or anything. He could even tell them not to be crazed fans (We all know he controls his fans). So i hope Us and Benja can get along like we use to.

1) The lag issue is caused by NCP, this is not our plugin, we have to wait for their developers to fix it.

2) A little competition never hurt everyone eh?

3) Bajan being banned is a good thing, it takes his swearing 9 year old fan girls to where he plays, thus fixing the community.

The lag part is not that bad. Lag only happens in lobbies, and there is not enough lag to lag you out of the server. But once you are ingame, you don't lag at all.

1.) Lag is just an NCP problem usually, and will be getting fixed like it usually does. (Like Darkai said.)

2.) Even with the Hive, MCSG is still the top of the line for Survival Games. No server can match it, and probably ever will, for every person who think's they're so cool on MCSG and leaves, we get 50 new people committed to the servers just in that small time span. Trust me, if anybody is thinking about leaving cause MCSG is going downhill, you're so utterly wrong it isn't even funny.

3.) Bajan was warned on so many occasions to stop using the mod, and was explained clearly why it wasn't allowed. He screwed around and got banned, his fault.

2) We are big. We have been. The other place is just experiencing the same thing mcsg did when it first came out. It attracts a lot of people. MCSG did and although it isn't growing as rapidly as it did it is still growing. It is no where near dying.

Regarding the Bajan issue: This is a good idea, but from what I have seen there's no explaining to Mitch why better sprint is not allowed. We've done so multiple times, but he refuses to accept the reasons as to why it's banned. So I think it's best he just stays away and takes his better sprint philosophies elsewhere, so as not to cause more unneeded drama here.

1) NCP, this has always caused the lag in the server, it wasn't the MCSG plugin. Bringing back MCSGv1 will just bring back bugs that MCSGv2 got rid of.

2) We host a Tekkit server, Creative and Survival server, these are our "minigames". We provide other types of gameplay just like Hive, but we offer different gameplays, plus we also own MCTF2, so why not head over there as well? www.mctf2.com

3) No, BajanCandian was told countless times to stop using hacks, yes civilized conversations, but he proudly refused to not listen to the staff. No matter how popular you are, what rank you have, you can not bypass the rules. Besides, he's only banned for what? Another 4 days? If he wants to return he can.

MCSG is not falling a part, there have been loads of threads saying that MCSG is falling a part in the past, and yet we are still standing.

For number 3 i think it is important to have him on our side because he could bash us in his videos and that wont be good
