Yes! I really wanted to go this year (my first time) but it will be much easier if its here in the states. If my channel grows between now and then I was even thinking of splitting a booth with another youtuber or two ;D
No matter what happens though im gona try and go and it will be awesome.
Hopefully it really will be in the US
