Not really. They have the same skin. Kmasters does look alot like it, bit he did not COMPLETELY copy it. But it does look very alike.

Sorry for the double post, and I already quoted your post...but: Even if they have the same skin it doesn't mean he can just trace over a good design? And are you blind? It is EXACTLY the same! He just changed the color a bit which looks bad and dull.
