I do like the idea, I thought about this before but never suggested it since I didnt think people would agree with it.... Even if I like it I must admit what Matt said is true and the stronger players would get a lot more targeted and the other problem would be that this would remove the new "sponsor" feature since you use it using your bounty.
I still prefer this idea rather than the one we have now, but I dont think it will happen unfortunately.

I like this idea. Having more Wins is much better then having more points. But then again, You could just play a lot to get wins. Where as points are like real time statistics. Points go up and down with EVERYTHING you do so they show off your skill more then your wins.
