So I just bought an Iron Sponsor rank yesterday around 1:00PM and I checked today by logging in on a full lobby around 4:00PM and I wasn't able to get on. Then I logged onto a live game server and my username wasn't grey in the chat and I didn't get the extra 100 points I was promised. Any suggestions? Please help.

Email them, use the email on the upgrade page. You might have incorrectly put down your ign, but either way they will fix it.

As RC said Email them and wait for their response and wait a day and if nothing happens ask for a refund or ask them again.
