I just want to point out that i do not have any kind of hacks, i think Arena was just having some lag issues or something, From my side of the fight it looked like he was sorta lagging.

It was, although i can see why you would think it is hacks, because honestly it really does look like im running on the water, but from my point of view i was just normally floating in the water, and it looks like i sprint backwards for a second but i think its only because you shot me with an arrow.

BomBashious doesn't hack. v2 has been very laggy since it came out and I think it was just lag that made it seem like hacks. I have played with BomBashious many times and can assure you that he does not hack.
