The Sup3r Games (Survival Games Arena)

Hey everyone! I'm here with my first map creation (Too be uploaded) on here!
It's a Survival Games map and it's called the "Sup3r Games" it is a small arena filled with slightly overpowered chests and has 20+ chests (I know that is not alot but it is enough for this) This is a 20 Player map, Not 24, It is completed with rising pistons at spawn to start the games, there is also a countdown with command blocks.

Rules:
1. You can only break leaves and vines
2. If you are stuck in a trap you are permenantly.
3. If a person gets glitched into a two block pit (Or something I forgot to fill in) The host can Teleport them out.
4 If you record this map give credit to me on these forums.

Seems kind of small and a little empty from the pics. I can't download it because I'm at a hotel, but I might when I get back and give you more feedback.

Sorry to say it, but this needs A LOT of improvements.
First you should really learn to terraform, as the terraforming here is just ugly.
That means you should learn to smooth out terrain, and make the whole place hilly, not a ugly flat area with some visible sphere hills around it.
The size is just too small to be worthy for a SG map.
Every map in SG is 24 or 48 person themed, as 24 is the amount used in the movie/book (because of one girl and one boy from each of the 12 districts) and 48 was the amount of people in each quarter of the games (Hunger Games at year 15, 30, 45, 60 and 75.
You hould defently removed that ugly bedrock house.
And the multi-biome idea is really, really overused, I have seen a lot of better ones.

Wrong. It was Quarter quells, thus making it every 25 years. So there was the first quarter quell, second and third. The games ended at year 75. Dont question me, I read all three books in three days. I am not skilled at map making so dont judge me. If you dont want me to create maps just tell me.

Sorry, typo with that. There is a year since I read the books as I read them before the movie was out.
But you should still change the amount of players and do a lot of improvements.

Firstly, you should look up some guides for terraforming with WorldEdit on YouTube. It really helps, and nobody wants to be playing on maps where the terraforming is just spheres that haven't been smoothed. Have you seen any maps like that on the servers?

Try practicing for a while, and then try making another map, maybe around a radius of 250? Terraform everywhere, not just at the very edges of the map. Use buildings and landmarks where appropiate. Good luck, and I'm hoping to see something good from you in the future

BTW you guys are all wrong. The Quarter Quell are speciel Hunger Games, each one different. The 50th Hunger Game was the only one with 48 people. The 75th was the tributes who won already, and the 25th nobody knows
