Player death lightning

I noticed when playing that when someone died off in the distance the lightning struck where he was killed. Sure enough I went there and the guy who killed him was there and I killed him, I got an iron sword from him and I ended up winning the game with it.
What im saying is seeing the lightning gave me an unfair advantage, Its one of those small things that can really be a game changer, and i think removing the lightning would be nice ._. kaythanksbye.

That's practically the whole point of lightning, it's supposed to signify where people actually are without using a sight hack or whatever.

It didn't show where people were before. At least I think not. It did that on the skitscape server, but not here.
