Chad has been in a few meetings in the past few months, and the things he has said have been very good to hear. He understands things are a mess and has some nice ideas for the future. I just think it's a tight situation to be in, if he comes back suddenly, he's gonna get bombarded with questions, and nobody wants that, especially him. He's still the same Chad, good leader and all, but with the development department lacking, it's gonna be tough to get his ideas finished before the summer is in full swing.

And on that thread you both had people that agreed with me, including a majority of people that worked with him in the sr staff team. Doesn't that part bother you at all? He may be an alright owner for team elite from what I've heard he does a good job at what he does, but I think you should get an understanding from someone who was apart of the clan scene during Dave's reign.

I was staff for a while and I helped some of the sr staff in clan tournaments and was going to host an AU one of my own, but so many clan owners were the opposite of eager to work with the staff, not trusting us a single bit. When we ask why they all pointed it back to Dave. Dave handled the clan scene poorly by enforcing a set of clan rules that upset literally everyone in the clan scene and blacklisted clans on weird terms and skype evidence (which would never be used against anyone unless Dave had a say in it). I personally dealt with Dave myself as I owner the AU Clan Phoenix for a bit and tried to get it unblacklisted. He said that we would get a month probation to see if we have "reformed." A day after that month we apparently failed the probation due to a member that we had removed from the clan abusing staff members.

My boring and dull story aside, Dave has to be one of the most controversial staff members in MCSG history. Comments from former Sr Staff that worked with him in the staff team saying stuff like this "Doesn't mean they never did illegal things" should be a warning call especially when it is on your own thread that you tried to use as evidence to prove that people were against me? Look at the likes my comment got and the comments that are against Dave. Now look at the people that are supporting Dave, people that were barely around to even know Dave or work for him now under team elite. This strawpoll, which again was on your own thread (http://www.strawpoll.me/7318122/r) which the finally results state that 64% of people would rather "the server to die" then have Dave as owner. I know this evidence isn't pentagon worthy but the point still remains.

Please don't come parading in and assuming that just because you got a few people saying we should bring him back, (which no one would be saying if MCGamer was going along fine) Dave should be admin. I don't think my opinion is of the majority, but my opinion is shared by a lot of the staff that worked under him and the community that worked under him (and also the fact that he cannot reapply is pretty big, there are only a few sr staff+ that cannot reapply and the ones that I do know about did some really extreme things). In my experience CAm has worked pretty good in the admin position and now we have two of the most enthusiastic admins that we've had for a while. If MCGamer wants to survive it needs a new leader blah blah blah, but Dave isn't the way to go around it. While you're at it you should search up your leader Dave on the MCSG reddit, you might find something that might make you rethink on your opinions of Dave.
