An other Optifine Help!

Every time i try to install optifine my screen gets all buggy not lag i mean my screen is just buggy even my i install with magilauncher it still gets buggy i'm running on a windows 8 laptop is that any problem if you know how to fix this please answer!

Just refresh your '.minecraft' and do a manual install.

I have done a manually install and a Magic Launcher install but it still doesn't work.
If someone has optifine can you set a download of you minecraft.jar please?

Maybe you need to delete META-INF folder? Or you have downloaded older version of optifine?

It says on the forum that it's 1.4.6-1.4.7 but when i install it says Optifine 1.4.6 If you have optifine can you give me a download of your minecraft.jar please? i would be thankfull
