I forget which book but there is a part where they are talking about how great Katness is at hunting. They say she always gets the squirrels she kills in the eyes. Trust me unless you are right next to the squirrel you aren't going to be able to hit it in the eye with an arrow. It's just not realistic

I can't really believe I'm admitting this, but yes...I did find that to be a bit unrealistic. She does have raw talent though. I also really don't want you to judge the books by that one sentence said by Peeta. Also, Peeta's dad told Peeta that, and Peeta said that to Katniss, so maybe the translation was just exaggerated.
