Thats happened to me before too it means the server was recently shut down or crashed and is waitign to be back on just wait if you want an instant spot because when it says logging in its trying to log in when the server goes back on you will most likely get a instant spot in the server so just hold yur horses

Whenever i try to log in minecraft doesn't respond and is stuck at the "logging in" screen for a minute or a few. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes they do an excellent job on fixing servers i guess XD even though when im on servers with a mod they dont answer peoples questions *-_-

You can't knock people back in water anymore. Is this intended or just a side effect for water-sprinting prevention?

Also, there seems to be a problem with points not being rewarded to players at all. Reported it in the bug report-thingy.
