Theres one in the building next to the train station.

The other is hidden in the barn. Two levers look like fixtures, and One of them activates the piston mechanism to reveal the enchantment table on the 2nd floor.

On a slightly related note: I fished my way to victory using the barn enchantment table! Full Iron Armor and Diamond Sword against Sharpness I Knockback I Iron Sword was a hell of a fight.

An iron sword with sharpness on it as 1 is as powerful as a diamond sword.
