URGENT PROBLEM, NEED HELP!!!

Okay, so just recently my internet has been giving me AIDS. When I'm in Minecraft, the connections to servers show that they are fine, such as Mcgamer full bars 75 ping etc. but when I log in, it takes forever to load spawn and I get random freezes every minute on the server.
I've tried all other servers but they turn out the same.

I've already reset my internet and computer a million times but still the same problem.
No one else is using the internet

The problem is, when I tested my internet speeds, it was fine. 19 down 0.8 up. And when I am in the server lists, they respond quickly and with full bars. There's no obvious reason why I should be getting server lag or keep freezing.

CAN SOME PLEASE HELP?!!

How far is your computer away from your modem? i.e. downstairs living room and ur computer is in in ur bedroom upstairs
