Ofc he does , why I have all of mine low with tiny and fog off coz it helps... And I always do play like that

I play on full settings with around 40 FPS. I like it. xP

If you like it then thats your choice I choose to have lower setting to boost my fps when PvP if you rather have high settings that makes you worst at pvp thats your choice then having low settings that looks good too and helps you more with your pvp

FPS counts alot If its like 20 - 40 its really rough

I've heard the human eye can only detect 30 FPS. :S

So anything higher than 30 FPS doesn't really make a difference.

I meant, the human eye can only see 30 FPS, anything higher isn't really different. (This is games, not real life. xD)

I basically am trying to say, anything higher than 30 FPS won't make a difference when you're fighting, you won't notice a difference.

Seeing as I run on around 40+, that's fine for me.
