I've been playing this server for a while now and around 10pm est is when the majority of hackers come out. At first I just brushed it off but now as you join a game there is literally about 3 or 4 hackers in every server. I've talked to mods who have just ignored me and haven't looking into anything at all! The amount of hackers is unbelievable making the once fun servers into a stress load waste of money if you are a donator. How do I know they are hackers? Well multiple differences have happened, each i've told to a moderator who, once again, have ignored me. They include, people hitting others while opening chests/in chests, people hitting others from 4+ blocks away (no aarows), hitting people from behind walls, speed hacks, auto-clicker or some sort of attack hack which gives you like 4 heart damage from a wooden sword etc. Mods need to start listening to players. Thank you.

Um. Not many mods honestly are going to be on at that time. But check the TS server to poke some, or just record them the ol' fashioned way

I've recorded them multiple times. Still no reply. There's too many hackers to honestly film them all.

If there are so many, while you play, just run your FRAPS/Ezvid or whatever you use. It should work.

I use screenflow. Personally I have no problem playing with a mac, minus being unable to use f5 while running. Plus the mouse I have is not that good, but I would consider myself a very fast clicker.

On my Mac I can hit f5 I don't see why not

Instead of grouping all mods together and saying they don't do much, you can report the hackers yourself using our Report Abuse section on our forums. While you say "There's too many hackers to honestly film them all," the same can be said about each individual moderator. We cannot record every hacker ourselves; we need help from the members of the community to point us in the right direction (hopping on TeamSpeak and poking a moderator to get in a certain game might be the quickest way to do so or, as stated previously, you can report hackers with Report Abuse).

If you think a certain moderator or a certain few moderators aren't doing their job, you can report those particular moderators to a member of senior staff. We all are human; sometimes, a moderator or two is afk, but if it is a frequent issue, reporting it to a senior member of staff might be a quick way to resolve it.

Please do try to be a bit more patient and understanding, though I do get your frustration and where it's coming from. That said, you have not posted any reports in our Report Abuse section, even if you have claimed that you have recorded multiple hackers. We can't act without video evidence of the hackers submitted to us or without you poking us on the TeamSpeak telling us to record evidence of our own in a certain game.

I'm sorry you've been having issues, and I hope they don't persist in the future.
