Over-exaggerated Time Periods

Well the title doesn't really make any sense but who cares. So lets get roooighttt into the topic.

So my friend got muted today for flooding the chat lmfao when he was just talking to me and another well known player in the community on the US server by a Sr. Mod, so he can't apply for staff until he waits out his 9 month period time punishment thingy. I believe this is an exaggeration of a punishment to be honest & I believe the time period of any punishment should be reduced to 2 or 3 months to the max. It is a game after all, we don't work with the FBI here, or even worse, Donald Trump.

So practically if you get kicked, muted or banned, you'd have to wait out a 9 month time period to be able to apply for a staff position. Vote in the poll your opinions on if we should reduce the wait time to reapply for a staff position.​

I know that mutes are definitely treated differently than bans and usually after 2 months of only having one 1 hour mute they'll look over it. For bans that can be pretty iffy. Most bans are usually pretty serious and those that get banned, 2-3 months isn't a safe amount of time to consider they are "reformed."

Cam no mod sweat here mayn!!! Go sweat Rocket League with Lebron12 that's all he's good at!! and having to wait 2 months for a 1 hour mute is pretty stupid imo.

I joked and said "I hack" and got a 7 day ban. Applied and got told I have to wait 9 months... the time should definitely be reduced! Completely agree Omar

This is a one time mute, and it was only for 1 hour. Often things like this can be overlooked. The rule is that if you are "Banned" then you need to wait 9 months or until the ban is pardoned. As of now there is little to no wait time to reapply if you are muted as it is not that huge of a deal.

All in all your friend does not have to wait 9 months. They can apply right now without being declined for that reason.

Pretty sure you can still apply after a mute. A moderator told me you could at least. It's only for bans I believe.

One hour mutes don't really harm you from applying, so he's allowed to
