They do map updates every so often. Last one was in December. They usually do end up removing at least one map every update. Plus some of the maps that most don't vote for are actually nice, and has an old sg feel, and those who have been here for a long time, do sometimes like playing on the older maps.

Well sg1-5 should be removed so outdated yeah it's nostalgia and stuff but server won't go anywhere if it's stuck in the past
