Well, there's not a rule that force a clan to put a loss on the thread, and since today almost every clan didn't put up some losses.
As I said before, I'm pretty sure that you decide if putting up wins/losses or not putting them, the only thing that you may NOT do is putting on the thread false wins/scores.
