Alright so here is my completely unbiased opinion on everything that this post explains with pros and cons of each point if it is needed...

1) Chad does talk to the staff, and he tries to hold Q&A's to get in touch with the community every once and a while, but with his real life and his business that he is running he might not have much time to set aside for Q&A's even though he wants to. As for him not knowing about pvp, to me knowing about pvp and the ability to run a large scale server are completely unrelated and does not effect how the server is run! P.S: Chad actually isn't too shabby! :)
TLDR: Chad tries to get in touch with the community as much as he can and when he has time.

2) Considering for the most part admins are our "co-owners" and pretty well take on the work that a co-owner would. As for possibly giving them a "co-owner" rank, I think that seems a but unneeded because its just a label. They are still doing the same work that a co-owner would so I don't really think it would make very much of a difference to just label a few admins as "co-owner" because they do the same things that a co-owner would.
TLDR: Admins are pretty much our co-owners so there is no reason to designate a specific co-owner.

3) I will get to the main point after this, but I'm not too sure why it matters that Chad knows about pvp and needs to talk with good pvper's because it has no effect on how the server is run. Now talking to some of the networks media posters such as Grapeapplesauce, Huahwi, or PrivateFearless etc. and getting their input for the server and making some changes here and there if the staff deems it needed, very well could drive a lot of potential traffic to the server and I'll to you why. These people have hundreds of thousands of people watching their videos every day. These hundreds of thousands of people see all that's wrong and don't see what's right. With that said if changes are made by these media posters and the community also likes it, then we might be able to make something work. So when all these people watching their videos see this "awesome new thing" that we added because of them, all these people will see it and want to do it for themselves.
TLDR: people watch popular videos posted by others and see these cool new features we added and want to play it for themselves.

4) Teaming is allowed and it really always will be. We added SG Solo for a reason, so people would stop getting mad over teams.
TLDR: It's not really long at all! xD

5) We already have something similar called "Operation Cleansweep" these aren't hosted too often but there is one every once in a while. If you don't know what Operation Cleansweep is, it is where staff open up a channel and normal users join along with us while all of us find hackers on the specified region and ban them.
TLDR: we use operation cleansweep rather than what you said to get rid of hackers in a large scale.

6) We try to listen to the community as best we can but because I don't really know what goes on behind the scenes of what the developers and the administration do, I cant really say too much.
TLDR: I don't really know what goes on in the administration so I can say much

7) This is pretty much the same thing as number 6...

8) Also ties really well into 6 and 7...

9) Yes, we need to ask the community and media posters what they think about what we should do, but again I don't see why all these people need to be good at pvp. It does not matter your skill at pvp your opinion to the server is still just as valuable.
TLDR: Yes, but you don't have to be good at pvp.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Back to number 1 again ehh?

1) This general statement has already been stated above more than twice so the idea has already been noted.
TLDR: It't not long at all

2) Literally! This is the best way other than forums post to get information out of the community. Polls get individual votes from the raw community telling the staff exactly what we need to do to make you all happy, so yeah polls are pretty great!
TLDR: Polls are great!

3) We do not need everything that they said because not everyone wants to see the same things as just a few people do. So find some common interests in the community and incorporate that! :)
TLDR: We do not need everything they say, just a few common community
interests.

4) I already explained why a co-owner position really is not needed above, so look at that if you missed it.

5) An NPC is an extremely difficulty thing to create from scratch. If you have not seen our recent anti cheat upgrade you should check that out, but aside the point, you cant just wish for a shiny new NPC and get, it takes weeks and months of work in coding to get a working anti cheat.
TLDR: Anticheats are not easy to make so it will take time to make one from scratch.

6) You're right, it is not impossible, but it is also hard. This ties in with us needed more developers. We don't have too many, and thus problems are fixed slower but for the amount of developers that we have, I think it's pretty dang impressive for what they do with what they have to deal with.
TLDR: We don't have very many devs and we need more but what they do with that in mind is very impressive.

7) I'm not gonna lie, we might need more devs.

8) For the last part of this thread, it is the same as a lot of others notes in this thread, but we try the best we can, but honestly, we can do better. I do my very best to listen and hear people out in the community, and I think the rest of the staff can say the same.
TLDR: We try our very best but we can honestly do better!

Okay, I am going to finish off this reply by simply saying thank you, for giving me and the rest of the staff all of these suggestions and bringing them to us. I myself know that some, if not most of these can and should be done with the server. I think that is really about it. Thanks again for the suggestions and thank you for telling us about them without completely criticizing the way we do things. I hope this helped clear some things up and explain how I view your suggestions and hopefully some of these can make their way into the server. Have a great day or night from wherever you are! Thank again! :)

I also feel like this thread would be more appropriately place under "Community Corner" so I will move it there. :)

Thank you so much for writing pros AND cons about my thread! I deeply appreciate it and yet again you should be admin!!! If I had the chance to I would easily recommend you, thank you for listing both sides. :D I will use the information you gave me to improve my next type of forum post like this.

None of them were as explicit as this one
WRONG because my thread actually got replies from developers and admins \(^-^)/
anyway, instead of making multiple threads why not just add more details to ONE thread.

Too many of these threads man
Maybe if MCSG did something about these threads, or tried to ask the community about it then there wouldn't be ANY of these threads. Ever think of that? :D
