I was giving my personal opinion - I'm not here to side with the staff nor the community but rather clear up a few things.

Youtubers ideas won't change anything, they will give us their opinions and feedbacks whenever they want to, but they don't play a special role in the server. they are basically a regular player with just a rank, just like donors and non donors. We are all human, no one is perfect or superior above each other

Well, that is why nothing changes on MCSG, and what I meant by the community dipping is: If a youtuber wants his/her following to dis MCSG, then their fanbase will most likely follow. BajanCanadian didn't do that. He just left the server. If Huahwi were to leave and say (THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE NOT LITERAL) "MCSG is a terrible server guys, they don't fix anything and all of you should leave, they are not fair to me. Give them hate" Then Huahwi's fanbase will mostlikely stop playing MCSG OR, OR, OR give you guys hate like I said in the EXAMPLE. (only an example).

And, the youtubers bring a lot of people in. I'll give an example: Lets say CreeperFarts brings 50 players for every Sg video he uploads, If he uploads 10 videos daily then he will bring 500 players to MCSG. If he doesn't upload MCSG daily because he doesn't like it, then in 2 weeks then you guys won't get 700 players. So it's kind of a loss of players in the long run.

Well, I can answer a few things here with the best of my knowledge of the community, staff team and just this network in general.

First off, Chad does talk to the staff team - we have to bare in mind Chad has a life, he runs his own real life business and this is just a thing to do in his spare time. He may not seem active to the community but a lot of the work he does is behind the scenes. Also, it is not required to be knowledgeable of PvP to own a network of this type - this is why we take suggestions from the surrounding community.

Secondly, there are points in time where the VIPs and Chad get together and talk about what they want to see from the network and how they feel about the future. This exact suggestion is the reasoning behind why we have started having the Q&A's with Chad.

Thirdly, there is no team 'limit' on the network. Never has been, never will. Teams can have an unlimited amount of people in them.


Going on the points in the bottom of your post, there are a few more things I want to clear up..

Firstly, there has already been a meeting between the VIPs of the network and the staff. These are what the Q&A's are with Chad that have been hosted every other week.

Secondly, there is not really a need for a 'co-owner' as that is really what the Administration team are but if the time ever comes, I'm sure Chad can make the right decision based on what he needs. It is not really essential for an Owner/Co-Owner to be knowledgeable within the region of PvP.

Number one, you kind of need a knowledge of PVP to make decisions about a PVP server. Here is an example. I KNOW THIS WAS IN THE PAST, DO NOT BRING UP "OH THAT WAS IN THE PAST AND THIS IS THE FUTURE NOW" THIS IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF WHY YOU NEED PVP KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!!!!

Chad switched to 1.8. 1.8 has terrible hit detection, the rod doesn't look nice, the bow isn't that good, textures don't look the greatest, and it makes people lag. As you can see, since he made that pvp decision, that means that he didn't take much time to look into 1.8 an he just switched. Anyone who pvps would tell you that 1.8 isn't the greatest, especially a lot of the staff who blaintantly said that 1.8 isn't good. Hungergames is based off PVP, which means if you know a lot about it, you can make very good decisions, which makes the community happier.


Number two, Q&A's are great, it gets the community's feedback, I say VIP's exclusively is because; when Chad is in a Q&A with a lot of people, there are a lot of questions and minds going back and forth. If he has a special session with like 4 Youtubers, then he can listen to them all and he can talk about it and make a conversation. CONSIDERING something is different. MCSG doesn't change because everything is considered, nothing gets changed by a COMMUNITY VOTE, vote, vote, vote, vote, vote. Meaning the community votes if they want it or not.. You guys don't understand that. It's our SG server, you work for the community. We don't work for you.


Considering Chad DOES NOT know too much about PVP, a co-owner is well overdue, especially since Chad isn't on the server much. it would be nice to see an owner ingame. In my opinion, chad should handle all the payment and official stuff, the other owner should handle in-game stuff and pvp decisions (like I said). BUT, they must have a good knowledge of PVP, including hackers. Chad has showed us he can't handle MCSG on his own. And there are not a lot of admins, and they don't have as much power as owner. We need MORE ADMINS, more people that can MAKE CHANGES to the server. I'm tired of hearing "I'll pass it on" on the teamspeak.

Well, i'm talking about the community as a whole. OF COURSE there will be some people who come here on their own (from server advertisements from sites and whatnot) but, when you look as the community as a group, most of them are from other players, other youtubers, videos, ads, etc..

Did you NOT hear me when I said Youtubers bring players in, and if they stop making videos in the long run players won't come in as much.. Youtubers influence their FAN BASE. Their FAN BASE is mostly the community of MCSG... see what I mean, and LITERALLY what I said up, if a youtuber *LIKE iBeatUrScore* wants to give them hate, then MCSG will get hate, as you know, and DO NOT DENY, I know you guys got hate from that... Literally, youtubers like Huahwi with ginormous followings can make or break the community. If Huahwi NEEDED something to be changed I am sure as hell you guys would meet his standards because of his following... Q&A's only ask questions and GIVE answers, it's only when you guys "JUST DO IT!" that it becomes an action. You guys did ONE thing (add NCP) and you get a ton of praise... if the NCP is absolute trash then you will have no idea how mad I will be... now I just DESTROYED your logic.. if you say Youtubers won't help then you need to double read what I said..

Your opinion doesn't make much sense. You're saying that YouTubers don't play a role in the community, well they do, THEY PLAY A HUGE ROLE, and their role is to spread the propaganda, explain the turkish situation as you said earlier, thats simple, RuLingGame aka IsmetRG, Turkish YTber with over 500k subs.
