Why making a thread like this if you don't even know what it's happening into the community?
Sorry, I don't play MCSG much anymore because of all the issues. Thanks for linking this to me :D I'm gonna update my thread.

Well, I was spammed to look at this but one of my opinions on this is about how you said Chad needs to get feedback from Youtubers to improve the server. I believe that the staff team can get opinions from all of the players, VIP's aren't that special, they aren't different from regular players on the server. Youtubers aren't the only people that want to give their suggestions so please stop basing off the fact that youtubers will save mcsg and all of that. They just record and post videos and get a rank for it, VIP's don't get a special part in helping out the server, anyone is allowed to give their opinion and feedback to us. Remember everyone is human and we aren't all special and perfect in life ^

Well I say "youtubers" because youtubers play a special role on the server, they record, get more players, and have a good time while doing it. And if they aren't happy then they might stop recording, which will mean less players. If this happens, you guys will get in the hole even more. Considering Youtubers have a following, if they don't like the server they can get their fans to "fire back" on MCSG and make some sort of riot, KIND OF like what happened with iBeatUrScore... but on a larger scale. Youtubers are a huge blood line of MCSG and that's why I say to ask them

NOT TO MENTION, you take youtubers much more seriously. Don't act like you don't, I know you guys do. If Huahwi was gonna leave MCSG or hate on them for specified things, you guys would listen to him. Especially if he says "Fix ____ or I will stop recording on MCSG".

BajanCanadian left the server and nothing changed in player count since 2013, so this shows that if a youtuber/vip leaves the server or community it won't change the fact they will be the people that will make mcsg a better server. Youtubers ideas won't change anything, they will give us their opinions and feedbacks whenever they want to, but they don't play a special role in the server. they are basically a regular player with just a rank, just like donors and non donors. We are all human, no one is perfect or superior above each other :) Everyone is allowed to give their ideas and thoughts to improve the server but please don't make it seem like the server will depend on youtubers even though we don't, we depend on the "community" giving us ideas! See you're giving us ideas, you aren't a youtuber are you? Everyone is the same no need to make anyone superior above each other, I will definitely respond to your feedbacks man!

Well, I can answer a few things here with the best of my knowledge of the community, staff team and just this network in general.

First off, Chad does talk to the staff team - we have to bare in mind Chad has a life, he runs his own real life business and this is just a thing to do in his spare time. He may not seem active to the community but a lot of the work he does is behind the scenes. Also, it is not required to be knowledgeable of PvP to own a network of this type - this is why we take suggestions from the surrounding community.

Secondly, there are points in time where the VIPs and Chad get together and talk about what they want to see from the network and how they feel about the future. This exact suggestion is the reasoning behind why we have started having the Q&A's with Chad.

Thirdly, there is no team 'limit' on the network. Never has been, never will. Teams can have an unlimited amount of people in them.

Going on the points in the bottom of your post, there are a few more things I want to clear up..

Firstly, there has already been a meeting between the VIPs of the network and the staff. These are what the Q&A's are with Chad that have been hosted every other week.

Secondly, there is not really a need for a 'co-owner' as that is really what the Administration team are but if the time ever comes, I'm sure Chad can make the right decision based on what he needs. It is not really essential for an Owner/Co-Owner to be knowledgeable within the region of PvP.

Another point to clear up is the whole NCP thing... an NCP is a hard thing to create, especially with the whole list of hacks ever-expanding and there is no way a NCP will ever be able to catch every single person who is hacking. I do understand our NCP may not be the best in the world but it has definitely improved over the years.

With the whole 'fix things faster' and 'get more devs' - this is not what we really need. By fixing things 'faster', there is going to be things that are going to be broken and bugged because of the lack of proper testing which is why we don't release updates until we're sure it is almost free of bugs or at least working to a stable point. Also, I see why you would want more developers but let me ask you this question - would you rather a team of 10 developers who know very basic Java and have very basic knowledge on the Bukkit/Spigot API or would you have a smaller team of say 3/4, maybe 5, developers who know a whole lot more? I'd rather go with the ones who know more personally, but that is for you to decide upon.

Now that I have cleared up a few things, I'd just like to thank you for making these suggestions and I hope I've cleared up a few of these things to the best of my abilities. c:
