So... please tell me why MCSG can't fix their servers?...
1.) Chad talks to the staff team. Not trying to disrespect but it doesn't seem like Chad knows too much about pvp (using my knowledge of the past things he did and his stats page)
2.) (Number 2 was about a Co-Owner, revised it to
Admins: We need to get more admins, MCSG right now has around 3-4 Admins, this is very bad. MCSG doesn't change because of the lack of admins. There needs to be atleast 20 and most of them need to be active and respond to suggestion thread posts (kind of like the one I made right now)
3.) Chad needs to talk to Youtubers and good pvpers; Chad. You need to take the time to talk to MCSG youtubers (Like Huahwi, GrapeAppleSauce, PrivateFearless, etc...) and get their input (especially PrivateFearless)
4.) (Number 4 was about teams, a friend of mine said his reasoning on it and I decided to remove it.)
5.) Make MORE DAYS where you ban a lot of hackers like judgement day; Make a specific amount of your staff team handle hacker reports and hackers and ban them on one specified date that you don't tell people. (IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO TELL PEOPLE SO HACKERS DO NOT KNOW WHEN TO HACK/NOT HACK)
6.) LISTEN to the community. I honestly don't know why MCSG isn't fixed already. You guys had 1 year to fix it and all you keep doing is screwing it up
7.) Take time to listen to pvpers; This is mostly a *hunger games server* a.k.a PVP BASED. You should listen to the community and what they think about the pvp. I personally think a lot of things are wrong yet you're not listening to the community to well...
8.) Do not silence players. I cannot state who you silenced, (I saw it in a reply by a youtuber), because I know this will get taken down. Just please don't silence people. Take time to LISTEN to them. This is not your server. This is the community's server

9.) Take 2 days, and only two, to listen to the community, ask youtubers what they think, make sure to ask good pvpers/famouse pvpers.
Now BOY do I sure hope that this doesn't get skipped, and Chad actually takes the time to read this. Literally, MCSG is simple to fix and he's not doing it... I personally don't think he cares too much about it from the things the yotuuber i'm talking about told me. 80% of the youtubers who dedicated their time to make MCSG a better place left or don't play much on it anymore.. I don't want anymore to leave.
I looked back at 2015 and thought about it. That's why I made this post. YOU HAVE ANOTHER YEAR, DO NOT SCREW THIS UP. I'm serious. You built something amazing but it's crashing down. I'm going to reiterate myself to say again how MCSG is simple to fix...
1.) Make a meeting with the youtubers I listed above (like CreeperFarts, PrivateFearless, Huahwi.. etc.) and ask them what THEY think of the community and what should be changed
2.) Make POLLS, POLLs, POLLS, ask the community to vote on everything they said.
3.) Incoroporate everything they said
4.) Get more admins, and get admins who would respond to forum threads (within 1-2 days they are made) and give their two-sense on it. Now, what I mean by responding is not to just list everything someone says and bash on it (like a lot of the staff does). What I mean is; we need to have staff members who list PROS AND CONS about things, whether it be good or bad, even if they think it's bad in general, they still need to list pros and cons and elaborate on what people said, thus giving them feedback and opinions, which sparks conversations, which then leads to polls and people voting on what people said. (If it is something important).
5.) Make sure to fix the NCP, fix it, fix it, fix it. Make better NCP.
6.) Fix things faster. I know it's hard, but it's not impossible, AND IT IS NOT THAT HARD. I know 2 coders and they said they could fix it 3 times as fast as MCSG.
7.) Get MORE devs. (around 8-10)
