Helllllo children, Jay here. I just wanted to write a short letter letting you know why I have chosen to resign from the MCGamer Network. So, today December 29th, my journey as a staff member ends today. What a long, long, time and ride it has been. From the moment I decided that I wanted to become staff I had to fight so many battles, rumors, lies, and even haters. Many things were said about me in 2013 that weren’t necessarily true. That really hindered my entire staff process. But, throughout time, I showed that I was dedicated and was given the chance to become staff on September 21st, 2014 after waiting 7 days as a waiting rank. I want to thank everyone that i’ve met, interviewed, trained, spoke to, for making this such an amazing experience. This community is truly amazing and I am extremely grateful, words honestly aren’t enough. Resigning wasn’t easy, but I always made a promise to myself, that promise being that i’d be myself, and stick to being me. I am a VERY, VERY dedicated person. So, I promised myself I would be extremely active moderator and be as helpful as possible. Clearly, 4 months later, I had proven myself to the Sr. Staff and was awarded as Mod of the month with other moderators. Only having 4 months in the staff team and getting mod of the month was extremely shocking and I was extremely overwhelmed. I loved every moment of being a staff member here. So, back to that promise I made to myself, I always told myself to be dedicated, and if I wasn’t going to give something my 100% dedication, to let it go, or actually buckle down and take it serious. Unfortunately, after I returned from my leave of absence in the middle of November, I started to adapt to life, and senior year of high school. I’ve started to spend much more time with my IRL friends and what a blast it’s been. Either way, I lost much motivation with moderating so I have decided to resign. I’ll still be around TeamSpeak and I still love this place very much. Love you guys, see you around.

Thankfully, I can now sleep well xD

Quick motivational speech:
I want you all to read this and read this carefully. Even if I've declined you 3x, 5x, or 10x. I want you all to know that you will all get your chance at being staff if you truly want it. Don't complain because you got declined. Take that as another chance to impress the Sr. Staff even more. I would love for all of you to believe in yourselves and know that one day you will make it on to the team if you truly believe in yourself. I got declined 20 times before I was able to get into the interview stage. I don't think anything can stop you, read the comments the Sr. Staff are giving you and do as they say. Its there for a reason. I wish all of you the best of luck, I hope i've inspired some of you, see you around! <3

Don't be sad, I won't be leaving the community. I am actually extremely happy with my resignation and I'm acknowledging all the things I've learned and I have really learned so many things and I'm extremely grateful. Thank you for commenting <3
