The specs are great! Just make sure that they're all compatible together. You can do that by finding and putting them together on pcpartpicker.com

Nah minecraft codec is more based on cpu and overall processing power the graphics card is only important to the extent of having a nice one and the one in that one is high end although not the best. Also the power supply ram and most other components are inferior.
If it's really worth it though I could just use my build and switch the graphics card cause I banked an extra 300 from my yt+packs and other stuff. If you think it's really worth it then I might

The computer is amazing, I don't think that you will be able to fun Minecraft at 400+ frames on Normal with a 512x512 texture pack. You will definitely be able to run Minecraft very smoothly at a solid 200-250 FPS no doubt about it.

That's what blue runs and he has a Mac with only some parts extra. It's not actually a hard goal

No it most certainly is not hard to do if you spend good money on a good comp. but 400 FPS is pushing the limit with a comp. like that and if you do that, it is likely that the frames are going to be very shaky at times.

Ok idk if you know how this stuff works but I'm getting a 1ms delay 144hz monitor which is sick but it can only display 144fps anyway 400 is a benchmark meaning that I won't experience much or any lag during gameplay, as to properly get some uhc gameplay that looks super nice or actually be able to record without under normal render distance. Which I currently have to do to get super smooth 60fps recordings. Like rn with a 2006 Acer prebuilt computer with a single core cpu(mc is mostly cpu and a little graphics card) and a graphics card a 7th of the power there I can record with 60 fps in recording and 80 ingame. Although I custom coded some programs as to achieve this if I take the same measures I can make that computer achieve much more than my expectations tbh.
