Anime Recommendations

So I'm currently looking for a new anime to watch, and am hoping that the community can give me some recommendations.

Anime I've watched and liked:

Mirai Nikki
Code Geass
Steins;Gate
Death Note
Sword Art Online
Guilty Crown

Elements that I require:

-Life or death plot
-No comedy
-No cliffhanger

Fate/Stay Night Zero or Unlimited Blades Work (would recommend UBW > Zero)

Nanatsu no Taizai (this one is quite comedic though but it's still really good)
Overlord (pretty sure this one has a cliffhanger though)
Shingeki no Bahamut (some comedy here and there but it's satisfying to watch)
Arlsan Senki (cliffhanger but there's a season 2 coming out)
Terra Formars (lots of gore and stuff, there was a massive cliffhanger though but s2 should come out in 2016)

Death Parade - I'm pretty sure that this would definitely be one you like. It's quite popular, the whole thing revolves around death and life but there is some comedy.

I was looking at the Fate series earlier and it seems interesting. Is there a particular order you think I need to watch them in for the series to make the most sense?

It doesn't matter. The Fate series all follow a different route. Fate/Stay Night Zero follows the zero route, the Unlimted Blades Works follows the Unlimited Blades Works, etc. It's up to your choice, however, if you prefer cleaner animation, go with UBW but both storylines are interesting. Just don't watch the movie version of UBW.
