All we can say in regards to the anti-cheat is it's closer than you think. Our current anti-cheat isn't complete and is only a percentage of what it can/will be.

The entire Cam squad is working on getting stuff the community wants out. As you may know - clan servers will be coming as said by chad in his QnA. A lot more to come regarding this ^^^

I don't deal with the hiring of staff but I know that it is a lenghty-ass process to review each applicant. However I do like the idea of having a requirement of time on the forums.

We are becoming very aware of closet cheating and we're doing everything we can to catch them. Cam's squad will also be dealing with the detection of closet cheating from a recorders point of view.

The future of MCSG is looking bright : ^)

I don't necessarily believe they're great representatives from the PvP Community. Maybe back in 2012, Cam would definitely be but now, not so much.

Personally, I think that ToggleSneak is more of a community decision if it should be allowed.

You know, since there's beta servers right now, how about beta rules? They can do a trial period where ToggleSneak is allowed and you guys can listen to the feedback of players using this mod on the servers. If it goes well, fully allow it, if it doesn't, then don't allow it. But do listen to the community as they're more of the ones using this, not staff.

Also regarding PvP Advantages, lots of stuff goes to it. ToggleSneak probably doesn't give you a HUGE advantage. Sure it gives an advantage but so does OptiFine, ArmorHUD, etc.

In terms of ghost client detection like Yannick mentioned and improved anticheat is on the way. As for staff detecting ghost clients themselves I can say that over the last few months the staff team has made a significant improvement in detecting them when someone uploads a video of themselves using it. We have staff members who are pretty familiar with them, so they are helping making sure that those cases they are handled correctly.

Could the staff team be better trained on ghost clients? Probably yes, and I have a feeling that this will be happening very soon, if it is not already being worked on.

To add on to that you are very much correct. Lately me and other staff members have seen a spike in players recording themselves using ghost clients and macros. Also Chad talked about the new anti-cheat in his QNA's.
