AU Event.

i reckon many Australian/Nz people would love to see a big event hosted on the Australian servers.
we have a fair amount of moderators to host the event, and i think a few senior mods.
please take into consideration

I think the reason why AU doesn't have very many events is that it is a smaller community so getting a good turnout is more difficult. I would be open to doing a Gamemode Spotlight on AU, it is just that I am not convinced that there would be enough players to make it fun. In the survey that we did only one person mentioned wanting it on AU.

Basically what I am getting at here is that if there is a big enough demand for AU events they will happen.

Can't the AU mods just host this event? Not necessarily gamemode spotlight, just a nice group of people playing MCSG in TS or something like that or a small tournament. Honestly, it's not that hard, there are quite a bit of AU mods...

Yes, I am sure an AU mod could do something like that.
