Because I felt like it was unfair to decline the app because it came 10 Minutes later, and I know St0rm is good, but I've never seen Uncrowded play.

If this means anything, I've teamed with Uncrowded a few times and both times he and i have been top 2. Last time, we had an epic Teweran battle in dm when i killed him with half a heart remaining. I know I'm a new member of the clan, but I would definitely recommend Uncrowded for The Elite Squad

I also recommend Uncrowded joins, I know i just joined EliteSquad yesterday so i dont have much say in things, but hes a really good PvPer, me and him teamed for about 5 games straight and every time either i won or he did, just my thoughts
