I get this when trying to change the memory "The document “Info.plist” could not be saved." To view or change permissions, select the item in the Finder and choose File > Get Info.

Since I mainly only play MCSG, I noticed about every day or two minecraft crashes. I know this isn't the servers fault, but it's starting to get annoying D: I currently have Faithful 32x32, and Optifine on my minecraft only. This may be due to not updating Optifine. (There's so many updates) Any suggestions? The game just freezes and won't do anything until I force quit it.
How much RAM do you have allocated in to Minecraft?

I currently have the default ammount added, but when I try to fix it, I have "insignificant privileges" to change the script.
Default meaning.... half the RAm allocated into your computer? If so, how much RAM do you have installed to your Computer? And about "insignificant privilages", you probably are not the admin of your computer.

Have you tried using a .bat file? This used to happen to me on larger maps.

I have 1024M put into Minecraft. I have 2GB on my computer. I am the admin of my computer. :p

A .bat file allocates more RAM to your Minecraft, giving it more FPS. I used to freeze on large maps and Minecraft would crash like you are explaining. Mine was due to a lack of memory, and the .bat fixed it. It also runs much smoother.

I don't crash, and it seems you use MacBook. I never crash, thought I got Optifine not too long ago and I don't seem to be crashing, I don't know what your problem is. Try changing the script again to 2048 RAM.

2048* because one GB of RAM is 1024, and to double it, it would be 2048.
