Also i feel that this time these people should be tested on pvp skills... try to get them on the same time and see who would do the best and help the clan the most, not who knows the most rebels

It isn't based on who knows the most Rebels. While that is a factor, it's mainly based on how cool you are. You could argue that knowing a lot of the Rebels would pertain to that, but it really doesn't...there are some users that know almost every single one of us and he'll never be accepted into this clan.
