It's unreal bud.Eu mcsg host probably stays in The Netherlands so its too far from Serbia.However im not sure about where is the host stays.

It's not about internet.Lets think: if you might live in Kamchatka (google willl help) you will get about 300 ms with really op internet

I swear I knew a guy that lived like in the same area the EU servers were hosted on (not the new host area, the old one) and he got a beast ping like 8 or something STABLE.
