Need an animator/avatar maker/drawer/i m a builder if ya need

I have so many ideas to animate to put on youtube... but i have no clue how to animate .
So I need someone that can animate pm me and from 1 - 10 tell me how good they are .
I have planned to make* funny shorts and a serie of short episodes.
It would also be fun if someone can make avatars for me (i can only draw manga, but no blocky things) and if someone can draw and colour in a nice red rose with black background.

If you need me to build anything, i can help, i can be a town builder on your server, or make a map for your videos, just tell me by pm or down here what ya need
