I think the only thing is that us Australians (The Pirates) have lagging difficulties, making chases difficult.

The restricted items are named at spawn, but some I can name off the top of my head are;
Anvils
Ender Chests
Item Frames
Beacons

Not entirely sure about that. But I think donors do get access to them.

Donors were saying earlier they couldnt use anvils, didnt get to try it out as I had to eat and then watched some netflix.

Donar privileges were only done this morning so yeah it would not have worked before
