I use a turtle beach x12, apparently it's bloody amazing when I talk to people on Skype..

It cost me around $60, so if you're willing to sell out some cash.

They're great headphones for the price, and they are really comfortable, but they don't have amazing sound quality and are a bit fragile. Overall, I would still recommend them.

I use a Plantronics Gamecom 780 headset. They have a very good mic and an option for surround sound. All of the controls needed are on one of the cups.
