Why would you assume, "they haven't got a girl friend in real life" ? and so what if whomever you are talking about does not. This was just a bit of fun in an otherwise fairly toxic place to be. I'm pretty sure no-one in the screenshot took it seriously. Don't assume that you know about people's relationship status "In real life", it comes across as immature and spiteful, maybe a little bit of jealousy in that mix too ?
