I mean.. it's not 7 seconds.. it's like 3 seconds
I get that it's annoying but it is a preventative against spam and mods can't be in every server at once telling people to stop.

This is a fair point, but let's be honest, people still spam and don't listen to our warnings anyway, so it really won't change much from the normal. ^.^

It will. Your a moderator, so you wouldn't know. You can type without having to wait.
I understand that donors DO spam, but it would be their fault if they get reported/muted/banned.
However, most donors have the decency NOT to spam.

Still kind of glitchy though.. the more you type in the chat, i feel like the longer the seconds become. It's like the timer resets after each message, even if it doesn't actually go into the chat.
