So I had a dream last night and I thought Ide share it with you since it was MCSG related.
Before I get started Ide like to state that this was my dream, I wasn't lucid, I didn't have control of it or the characters so... no offence.
We were reaching some kind of goal in MCSG and ChadTheDJ was planning something huge. He kept telling people on the forums how epic it would be and that we should really be excited and the wait would be worth it.
Soon before the goal was met it was released that it was an IRL party that chad was throwing! And not just any part but some kind of epic party/show. The location was close to where I live and Im staff so I was like, IM SO GOING! Ill get my MCSG staff shirt and everything.
I got there on time and it was in a HUGE stadium. It could hold like 4000 people or something, it was big. In the center of the stadium a stage was setup with a small building where staff and chad would meet.
I arrived a few minuets late and was worried I would have trouble getting in or something. There were greeters at the door, snack vendors, security, this was a huge and legit event. When I entered the building I noticed there wasn't really a line, when I entered the stadium part I noticed the seats were mostly empty. There were still a lot of people but the seats were like 10% full, if that. I was a bit worried that people weren't going to show.
I walked down the middle of the field, and onto the stage. There were a few other people (MCSG staff) sitting on the stage. I continued into the back/staff room that was at the end of the stage. I opened the door and walked in. It was a nice kitchen/living room. There were a bunch of open pizza boxes and soda 24 packs on the counters, some chairs, couch, and big screen TV. I saw chad sitting on a chair expressionless eating pizza. When he saw me walk in he perked up quickly, stood up, set the pizza down and was like "Hey! Im glad you made it! And you are?" I introduced myself and he vaguely recognized me from the forums. We shook hands and he seemed so excited. I was... worried.
We talked and waited about 30 min for more people to show. I looked out into the stadium seat and it looked like the same amount of people only I saw some leaving. I told chad, without trying to hurt his feelings, that it seemed like no one else was coming and we better start the event before anymore left. He said ok! and I went out and sat on the stage in an area the audience couldn't see me but I could see the stage.
The lights dimmed and colored spot lights scanned the arena. A hologram animation of chad materialized on the stage. Only it had no shirt and was ripped. Like muscle wise, it was obviously much stronger that chad really was. The people around me chuckled and no one in the audience cheered after the introduction. It was all pre-recorded. The muscle-man chad hologram was pre-recorded and was way over the top and dramatic. It laid out the events scheduled which included a "play" put on by the holo-chad, then everyone would get together and play some kind of transformers game.
As the play proceeded, the holo-chad talking dramatically and fighting invisible aliens on the stage, I was.. embarrassed to say the least. I crouched and snuck back into the staff room to see chad eating pizza again sitting on the couch watch the TV that was showing his play. I sad down to talk with chad. I told him first of all I am surprised more people didn't show up but it was probably because of traveling issues. Then I tried my best to explain that people didnt want to see his.. interesting play and that they wanted to hear from the real chad and staff and then play MCSG together or something and not.. transformers.
He seemed bummed but then perked up and was like, Your right! We can make this right. He went out on the stage to address the few people left and I stayed in the room and drank soda and ate pizza.
That was the end of the dream.
Although there was one part where I met someone I know online that I haven't talked to all that much who turned out to be a girl and we just talked.. and flirted a bit. lol sorry kylara.
It was... fun. Dont think Ill be sharing who that was though ;3
Why do I share it? Idk I just thought it was funny that chad setup this GIANT extremely costly event and it totally failed. x3
No offence to the IRL chad. I'm sure he would do a much better job than my dream chad. Although I could actually see him making a muscular hologram of himself....
