I figure the filename is the important part but I don't know what to make of it, doesn't seem to be base64 for anything, doesn't seem to correlate to any paste bin links or anything, etc... I'm probably missing something stupidly obvious at this point

There are some of us waiting for Exer's next clue. We can't go forward until he gives it to us. There's plenty of time to catch up to that point until he does, though.
