Mods do not have access to the Do not poke rank. If a moderator is on the MCGamer TS, they have to help you. If you poke a moderator and he tells you that he is in a game or cannot help you at the moment. Make sure you report that to Sr staff, since we do not want moderators to act like this.
If I may add to that, if I'm in the "poke if available" chat I am definitely available. At times it looks like a moderator is just being plain lazy when they say that they're not available or whatever, but usually there is actually a reason they can't record a hacker. I'm available through Skype the majority of the time so if there are any hackers in your game message me and I can deal with them.
Yeah a mod helped me in the past already, I'm happy that's a actually a thing! ^_^
Because every time MCSG updates it seems to somehow manage to miss a completely obvious glitch. It's an ongoing problem.

We shouldn't need Skype for these things.
I think the developers are starting to be notified of said glitches a lot more now. + a lot of the current glitches on MCSG haven't been submitted through the github.
