Hello! And I'm about ready to all out rage. Always good.
WHOEVER FIXES THE PROBLEM GETS IRON DONOR!
My computer is a Dell Inspiron N5110 with i7 core processor, and 8gigs of RAM. Magnificent specs! However, with it I'm only getting 30 fps on lowest settings...
To make it worse, every 20-50 seconds I get a lag spike lasting around 1-6 seconds filled with 10 fps and below. With this, it is impossible to record, let alone win.
So, I can't record YouTube videos (which I love doing) nor can I play (which I love doing!). Anyone have similar problems? Could it be connection? I use Ethernet, and my router is Netgear and runs at 2.5ghz, so I don't think that's the issue.
You can see of the lag in my YouTube videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/TheoriHD?feature=mhee
(towards the end of them)

- I already use Optifine.
- I already stopped Startup Applications.
- I put java.exe in task manager to "high".
- I use Ethernet.
- I De-fragmented my hard drive.
- Cleaned up my hard drive manually.
- Tried Razor Gamebooster
- Tried reinstalling Optifine
