That's because MCSG (for whatever reason) thought that downgrading to being a 1.7/1.8 compatible server again was a good idea. They need to learn when to listen to the community and when not to listen because it's not good for the server.

I am really sorry that this has happened to you! Our anti cheat does in fact sometimes make mistakes and falsely kick and ban players

Hopefully it'll be fixed in the next update of XAC, other than that there's really not much other I can say.

Hmm, I understand you're aware that this happens but I might be able to give a further explanation on why based on the situation.

Were you standing on a half slab? Was/is your internet acting laggy? Were you fly hacking? (loljk on the third one)

If you answered yes to any of those, I may have solutions!

Half-slab: Well, from what I've seen, half slabs can be buggy. You could have been glitched inside or on top of a half slab on accident, and the server thought you were flying and kicked you. That's not really an MCGamer thing, but more of a mojang thing. The half slabs themselves can cause that in certain situations. Since I have no coding experience whatsoever I can't put this into technical terms unfortunately but yeah.

Laggy internet: One of the main problems with any anticheat and it's false positives is our friend Lag. If you're lagging, you could be doing one thing and Xime Anti-Cheat could be thinking you're doing something else. Sometimes when people are lagging they can be glitched into the ground or a couple blocks in the air on other's screens. I'm sure you've been on a server before and wondered why you're fighting some dude who's waist deep in the dirt or why the person you're fighting is "flying". It's likely cause they were lagging, and you may have been doing the same. I don't know if this is actually possible but you could have been lagging and encountering that issue where you look like you're in the air, but really not and the AntiCheat could have picked that up and kicked you.

Fly hacking: Well, if you were fly hacking, shame on you! You're a cheating nerd. >:[

^ again, I'm mostly kidding on the third one.
