Recently, us Moderators, have notice a lot of hate.
Please Remeber:

  • The Moderators(and Staff Team) are only human, we will make mistakes, and we will try to fix them. However yelling, and spamming us in the Chat, TeamSpeak and Forums IS NOT the way to state your thoughts about how we do our jobs.
  • We have guidelines, and rules we must follow when punishing players, so PLEASE do not say your punishment was abusive, as we know what we are doing, and breaking the rules, will result in the according punishment. WE DO NOT punish you based off of our own judgement, unless it comes to "Was that exactly inappropriate" or "Is the KillAura"
  • If you feel like we(Mods) have done something abusive or wrong, Please contact a Sr.Mod, You can always contact a Mod, for help about it, however, we cannot do anything but kindly help you find a Sr.Mod, or tell you how to Dispute it.
Thank You for reading, If you have any questions, comments or problems, Please feel free to either comment below, or contact a Staff Member!

That's all for now, Have a nice day/night everyone!
(To all Moderators; Feel free to add on to this, by simply editing the post!)

Huh, recently I've only noticed threads criticizing you guys. It's not hate, at least in my case, it's constructive criticism. Maybe you're not talking about these recent forum threads, but there's always room for improvement. Take this negativity and make it benefit yourself. However if you are talking about the forums I think you need to rethink your definition of hate...

I am talking about more along the lines of the Server, and TeamSpeak.
On the Server; their are times where players spam "Mods are horrible" or "Mods go die your abusive"

On TS; their are players who ask for our help, and we help them kindly, sometimes they play screamers in our ears, sometimes their put "evidence" as an iplogger, or they may just plain yell at us.

That's always been an issue, I guess I read into the "recently" too much. Unfortunately, I don't believe anyone who would be bugging you will read this, or care if they did. The forums generally do respect the mods, and I respect certain staff members. I might have more respect for you once your grammar improves...

Honestly I agree with you. However the Staff team seem to pump out 5 or 6 of these threads every month. I mean yes it may be true that you are under appreciated, however the work you do is voluntary. When you sign up the terms are that people must respect you, however no one is required to be thankful for what to you, apart from your boss.

Having been a Moderator I understand your frustration. I urge you to refrain from doing this in the future as it gives the impression you want something back, when the work you are doing is voluntary.

Moderation is all voluntary work, I don't believe that moderators should be expected to be respected, praised, worshipped, etc. It's all for the service of the community so there's no need to praise someone. I understand your frustation when a player tells you something that should not be said but it's your job to deal with it and to move on with it.

Comparing moderation and police officers are actually very similar. Both are hated on, both do not get the respect they want or should deserve, but they both should carry on for their duty and do what do when they decided to become a moderator or a police officer. Making the community better. Of course we're going to thank you for your help here, but we won't praise you as our gods.

As a final thing, there will be people who spam you in chat, on the teamspeak, or even in the forums. I don't see why that could be such a bother, yes they are annoying, but be patient with them, give out warnings, and if they still continue, just mute them, simple as that.

I don't really care if I as a Moderator am worshiped, or respected, however I do not want to be yelled at, DDoS, as if we punish players just to do it.
(By I, I mean in general as for all Mods)
