You can get your account back by proven billing information being provided once purchasing anything off of the Steam franchise. If you fail to retrieve these and send the customer service for Steam for your account back, you account will not be revived.

Regardless, all your items could have been sold anyway. Be more careful on the internet, there are more predators than anything right now.

Actually if you provide valid evidence, steam will get your account back. However you are correct, their customer service is terrible.

Their customer service as Vanth said really isn't great, so if you make a support ticket just be sure to pack it with all the information you can think of about your account. They may take a while to reply so having a heap of information will make it easier for them to sort out I'm sure.

If you actually make a Steam support ticket, be sure to include every single detail you can because in things like this they take too long to respond to.

You are joking right? Steam support is renown for being terrible.

Also, OP; good luck getting your items back. If they stole it using an inv stealer/RDP Steam support can't really do anything.
