Things that you’ve done/are proud of: I don't much like to say I am proud of anything, however, I'm glad I have managed to increase motivation within the staff team as well as productivity. I also am very happy with the way the Creative server was, before I shut it down due to 1.8.

Do you team in game: Usually that's the only time I play! I am very bad on my own, otherwise.

Previous moderating experience: Back in the days of IRC, I was/am an IRCop on a very large network, back in 2011 I helped run a very, very large Creative server known as mau5ville. The owner was Deadmau5, himself. We closed down in 2012 due to him losing interest in Minecraft. I have quite a bit of experience in running large communities, however I do not consider that Moderating experience.
Been a member of staff since: February 2014. However, I 'secretly' started working here (unbeknownst to anyone but the Admins) in December 2013.
Servers most active on (MCSG, Creative, Survival, etc): MCSG Hub And previously, Creative.
Personal goal(s) as a staff member: Continue to do my best helping as many people as I can overcome any issues they may be struggling with. Motivate the staff and any users who would like help, as best as I can. Come up with new and more exciting ways to help achieve these goals. Have Creative up and running again! And finally, be able to start all of the events I had planned for Creative but previously could not do.
